Case studies are published with our clients' agreement. The campaigns, identities and interfaces shown remain the property of the clients who commissioned them; the descriptions and photography of that work are ours.

The Lumaire name, wordmark and identity are the property of Lumaire Studio Ltd.

Work begins after a written engagement letter setting out scope, fee, schedule and the people who will do the work. We do not start on a verbal agreement, and we do not bill above an agreed fee without a written change to scope.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is excluded to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
