Read Sideways
An identity system built for a publisher whose only consistency was that no two books looked alike.

Practice 04
Editorial is what we call content when someone is accountable for whether it is any good. We build the publishing model — what the brand is qualified to say, who says it, how often, and what happens to a piece after it is published. Then we run it, or hand it to your team with enough structure that it does not quietly stop in month four.
You publish constantly and none of it is read, or you have genuine expertise inside the business that has never reached anyone outside it. Or an in-house team is producing to a calendar rather than to an argument, and nobody can say what any of it was for.
02Who leads it
Tobias Renn
Partner, Strategy
Tobias runs the positioning practice and has spent most of his career in categories where the buyer is technical and the audience is not — infrastructure, instruments, spirits with long production cycles. He is the person in the room most likely to ask what evidence would change your mind, and he means it as a working question rather than a rhetorical one.
Nadia Broussard
Editorial Director
Nadia built and ran a long-form desk at a European business title before joining Lumaire to lead the editorial practice. She designs publishing models that outlive the enthusiasm that started them, and she edits client subject-matter experts rather than replacing them, which is slower and produces work people actually believe.

Next step
Engagements start at £6,500 per month and run rolling, reviewed twice a year. The first conversation costs nothing and often narrows the brief before there is a proposal to argue about.
