This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. It sets no identifiers in your browser and no information about your visit is transmitted anywhere.

The contact page does not submit a form to a server. It opens a message in your own email client, addressed to us — nothing is collected or stored by this website at any point.

When you email us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as we are in conversation, and for two years afterwards so we can pick a thread back up. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted at the end of that period.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. We use a small number of suppliers to run the studio — email hosting, accounting, and project management — and they process information on our instructions only.

Where a project involves a production partner, photographer or media agency, we share only what that partner needs to do their part of the work.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@lumaire.studio and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the supervisory authority for data protection in your jurisdiction.
